Margaux Violet the Muse

I'm ashamed to admit it's been quite a while since I've taken photos of Margaux with my "real" camera.  I was going to take her to the park this afternoon but decided last minute to pull out my new back drop and flooring and play a little.  She was actually in a great mood which was nice and gave me lots of smiles!  

Can you believe how much she's grown?  Last time I did a "studio" shoot with her was for her one year photos and she looks so much older now!  It's really mind bottling (if you get the reference you win) how incredibly fast she's growing and how much she's learning!  She chatters a ton and has a pretty good list of "real" words that she uses consistently.  She is always trying to communicate and I love it. 

She's down to one nap a day and it's usually between 2 to 2.5 hours long which is AWESOME.  Plus she's sleeping through her nights from 630/7-630/7 depending on if she's teething or not.  She did get a set of molars in a couple weeks ago and her (and our) sleep was disrupted for almost a full month.  Not. Fun.  But we've gotten through it and I'm just hoping the next set takes its time to arrive.

This age is so so so fun. I love that I can take her places and do things and she's pretty interested.  The only hard thing is doing any kind of shopping since she wants to walk around and touch things, haha!  Totally understandable but it makes grocery shopping tough.  She also loves to push the stroller/cart which slows things down quite a bit but I really don't mind it too much.  

She still loves being outside and we spend a lot of time sidewalk chalking, walking the dogs, playing at the park and just walking up and down the sidewalk.  It's a pretty good time.  And the weather has finally started cooling down a bit here in Dallas which has been even nicer.
